I woke up this morning and decided it was a good day to tidy my pricing desk. Believe me, the image above is not how it usually looks. Like any Resolution, I aim to keep it this way for the year. I realize how much much time I waste looking for things such as a roll of washi tape or the number 8 rubber stamp that I use for my price tags. I would really love more free time in the year to come and less time chasing things down.
The photo in the top right corner is my childhood home. My dad decided to go all rogue in the 1970's and build a log cabin in the small town where I grew up in Northern California. At the time it was the only log cabin around. My dad being pretty creative and inventive made it complete with a fireman's sliding pole. It was an awesome childhood home. My goal this next year, is to make my home more of a clean, organized house and less like an inventory free for all. I would love to invite friends over and not make excuses for my warehouse/house.
Have you made any work goals for the new year?
